Mark Uwajeh (Uncle Mark) is a Brand Strategist, educator, and founder of MCJEH Digital, where he helps African businesses build clear, trusted, and high performing brands.
An ARCON member, he focuses on shaping brand perception—not just logos or visuals—but how people understand, trust, and choose a business.
His core belief is that successful businesses are not built on logos or colors, but on perception, how people see, feel, and remember a brand. He teaches that when this perception is unclear, businesses lose opportunities to competitors who may be less skilled but better positioned.

He also runs the Digital Lab Masterclass Series and Personal Branding 360 for professionals building authority.
With experience across multiple industries and a strong background in digital marketing and strategy, he has trained entrepreneurs and teams across Africa, combining practical execution with strategic branding systems.
